I like tripe, but don't really see it much.

tripe is the one bit of a beast I'm not keen on
there used to be a butcher in Wigan market who sold nothing but tripe ... several different sorts and they all tasted of cow shit

And? I find it can be a bit bland, but with a bit of flavour chucked at it, it's ok.
