i like something hot and not too creamy, like a samber
ingredients - lentils, potato and spinach are all good. i don't normally like fish in curries, but the sang am in manchester does the most amazing sizzling fish tikka - great big chunks of cod, in lovely spices, on a bed of sizzling fried onions and peppers. i've tried that same dish in curries all over london, bloody southerners just can't get it right.

sang am's amazing fish tikka comes with a curry sauce for deviants like you to pour all over it, but i eat it separately with a nice tasty naan.

It's funny because the average sambo isn't creamy.
