My flatmate last year had a leccy blanketI mocked him for it, and then fell asleep feeling slightly cold.
I now have some of the gel pads that you click a bit of metal in, and the gel has some weird reaction and they heat up to about 60 degrees. They are awesome on cold days, and you just throw them in boiling water to reset them.
