I once whiled away ten minutes getting one of them to remove viruses from my microwave oven.But as I'm a functioning adult I usually just don't answer the phone to them.

Nobody I know or would want to talk to phones me on the landline. I've just disabled the ringer on it and don't answer withheld numbers on the mobile.
