I think your daughter is a B3tan in the making.My nephew used to want to have wine with us when we drank it. We let him try it and he soon realised he didn't like it very much and never bothered about it again.
When we had beer we would give him a glass of lemonade with a little bit of beer in it and that kept him happy.
