Theoretically, gathering the data ought not to take very long at all - it's all available via a few HTTP calls, and the markup's pretty sane, so getting the text ought to be easy enough.

I'd be tempted to flex my perl and TeX (best of all the animals document processing languages) and try a "best three of every QOTW" document, but a lack of tuits will probably stop me
