She's not really in a position to object, she just likes to make herself feel better by attempting to belittle others, usually me.The kids were pissing themselves laughing when I told them.
She got her living room all re-done a couple of months ago. When I first saw it I was all "Yeah this is really nice, what a difference, it feels a lot lighter" etc.
When I knocked through from my living room to dining room, and totally re-decorated last year she stood and looked for a full 2 minutes before offering "Yeah...quite nice".
