Walsall?Walsall is horrible mate. Full of thieves and scoundrels. The only good thing in Walsall is the Wharf bar on a Monday night. And even then you have to go when there are no students about or you're guaranteed to get someone wanting a fight. Stay away from Pleck and Karma, both of them are knife town.
