My laptopis also plugged in (both by power and ethernet). I only got it last week and the screen is quite good, but I miss the 1600x1200 of my (much slower) desktop PC.
Also, I'm getting used to the touchpad and it's many gestures. I just have to make sure I don't accidentally click on a link I don't want to click on. Whilst taking a peek at /talk the other day, I partially violated my talk-cherry by clicking "I like this" on a /talk post.
