@LvPI'm sure you will fine, Toad in teh Hole is pretty straightforward to make. Just make sure you get the pan and oil nice and hot before you add the batter and then it will rise nicely.
Also, don't keep opening the oven to check it as this can cause the batter to go "PWWWOOOOOOOOOOFFFFF" and collapse.
