Anyone had a 'proper' pasty?Savoury food in one end and sweet in t'other.
The big crusty bit should be used as a handle and thrown away when you've finished.
Throwing away the crust is meant to keep the 'Knockers' happy - little sprites that live in the mines.
'tis a 2 course meal in a handy pastry carrying case.
