I've been trying to open a business account with HSBC (have since fucked it off because they're a shower of cunts)

*Phone central number (they don't give out branch numbers)
'Hi, can I speak to Mr Fucktard at xxx branch please?'
'Yes, can I take your account number?'
'I don't have one, I'm in the process of opening an account which is why I need to speak to him'
'Sorry, you need an account number for me to put into my computer before I can transfer you'
'I don't have one, I'm not a customer yet but I'm interested in becoming one, what sort of way is this to run a business?'
'I'll just put you on hold while I ask Pauline how to do it'
*10 min wait
'Hi there, I've spoken to Pauline, the computer doesn't let us transfer you unless we input your account number.'
'?!?!!?!?!?!?!'

If anyone knows the location of and/or would like to assist me in burning down HSBC's central call centre or head office please gaz me.
