Well AncrenneThis is a first time bake for me but from what I can gather, get some puff pastry, cut it into squares, dollop some yummy stewed apples in, seal with some beaten egg, glaze with beaten egg, pop in the fridge for a few minutes then whack in the oven.
Then Nom.
