It certainly isMy mum sells the lottery in her shop and the amount of money people spend compared to what they win is shocking...
The only reason I'll put any of my own money into this is to be able to withdraw my winnings though. They give you £15 free with no deposit but then don't let you take your winnings out until you deposit at least a fiver, so far I'm about £20 up which isn't bad for free!
