@ Ethelred - I can tell that's a voice of experience speaking, doncha just love Active Directories?!
I did a bit of work here a few years ago and was responsible for commissioning the Exchange 2003 server, and a Win2k file server, so I have some idea what I'm letting myself in for... just seems stupid to be running those in an NT4 domain, if I upgrade the DC to Server 2003 I should be able to run the whole network without even leaving my desk. (that's the theory anyway)
