Thing is, with headphones on I'd miss all the people phoning up who've managed to delete their MS Word toolbars, or lost their mouse, or have a paper jam in their printer. And they're supposed to be more important than my sanity.
Kaol - how can you listen to it? I'm no great Metallica fan but gave it a listen anyway as had been recommended it, the mastering's absolutely destroyed it! Full of digital clipping and horrible limiting. Absolutely sucks the life out of the songs.
