I need help with my CV

My job's going absolutely shit and I'm exploring options elsewhere so I can tell them where to stick it should the opportunity arise.

I know one of you B3teans offers a CV service, so stick your head above the parapet and gaz me.

Thanks for your replies :)

I'm currently working for Royal Mail but have a lot of experience in the IT field (intstalling hardware and OSs, editing audio/video, using office aps, etc.) but since things are taking a turn for the worse looking elsewhere for something more fulfilling.

Legless, would it be possible to send me a framework for my CV as it hasn't been updated for ooh, one, two or ten years so am currently out of touch with the realms of modern CV presentation. There's a drink in it if you could do that please. :)
