British GasI recently changed my gas tariff to a cheaper one and then recieved a notice that they were upping my monthly payment from £28 to £40, which I thought was a bit unreasonable.
So I phoned them just now and were told that they couldn't reduce it to less than £34 "because the system would just put it back up again". So I bet I end up with loads of credit on my account now.
I don't want to have my money sitting in British Gases account when I could be buying beer with it! Grrrrrr. Bastards.
In other news. I came third this week, woo!
