Cheers for the linkyI just called Vodafone who were as much use as tits on a bull. Their advice - take it into a Vodafone shop. Still, I'll do that before resorting paying £17 for a restriction code.
Thankfully the SIM still works in my old phone, so I'll stick to using that for now.
