The best bit of sex advice we gave my teenage sister.You can have sex when you want to and we won't mind but only, and I repeat only if you are 100% ready to do it without any pressure from your partner and when your mentally ready to take responsibility for the chance you may become pregnant.
She's just over 18 and still a virgin. She would have told us if she wasn't.
BTW - we told her this when she was 13.
