Hmmmm.I can remember when Tony Blair was elected here in 1997, the same sort of feeling occurred. Years of Tory twat rule over, "Things Can Only Get Better" playing constantly and the feeling that a bright new future was beginning.
Now it's years of Republican rule over, they're all saying "Yes We Can", and there's the feeling that a bright new future is beginning.
Call me an old cynic...
