From Sikipedia I know
But as an atheist the possible results intrigued me, especially after the Brand/Ross situation that was blown out of all proportion. If any one fancies doing this and suggesting to others they do the same please do.

1. Go to www.bbc.co.uk/complaints/complaints_stage1.shtml
2. Make sure you have the 'Make a complaint' box ticked
3.Complain about 'Television Programmes'
4. Select bbc 1 and Put 02/11/08 in date
5.Songs of Praise in Programme box
6. Make a sensible complaint about how and why you dislike Songs of Praise
7. Put in some false (but reasonable) details

Isn't this as pedantic
as the God squad complaining about shows about Darwin or calling for creationism to be taught as fact in our schools?

The only way Songs of Praise would get a complaint from me is if they said on air 'Everyone must believe in God and if you don't I'm gonna come to your house and fuck your granddaughter.'

I feel the same way about this as I feel about The X Factor or whatever is on at the moment. I prefer to just let them have their half-hour of shitty songs and be done with it.

Yeah
but it would be funny as fuck to get them in hot water with the powers that be, for crimes of mediocrity and blandness.

Done, and done
"I can't help but be offended at last Sunday's broadcast of Songs of Praise. I can't help but notice that all these "Songs of Praise" were directed at this "God" character. Frankly, this corporate pandering is not something I expect from one of the world's most respected broadcast outlets. I can't help but suspect that this "God" is investing money into your organisation in return for favours and songs praising him. This would also explain why you have so many religious programmes.

Finding an entirely neutral media outlet is becoming increasingly difficult these days - I never thought the BBC would succumb to private investors."

That killed 10 minutes till lunch.

Oh I agree its just as pedantic I am just curious as to how many complaints they get and whether or not the BBC act on it if it went Viral ala Brand and Ross. I guess its just an easy target ;)
