I think Ive got that winter vomiting thingy going on..Does anyone else panic when they're being sick and its not alcohol induced?
Or is it just me?

It sounds likeyou have a mild version of emetophobia - fear of vomit/vomiting.
I have suffered it for years, to the point where I was so afraid to leave the house for fear of seeing a pile of puke on the street.
I'm much better now, but haven't thrown up in 15 years and carry anti-emetics around "just in case".
