I know what and whereI want a Triforce between my shoulder blades:

I just need to -
A - Find a decent design
B - Get over my fear of pain on the "The ol' pain-rod"
C - Get over my 20+ years of conditioning by parents that they'll hate me if I "Scar my body like that"
D - Have someone to help me look after it for the initial period as it'll be hard for me to reach to do the creams and stuff
