Can't be arsed to read the whole threadBut scrolled up a few to find talk of toad in the hole...
Have you seen the Nigel Slater recipe Lucy? You take the skins off the sausages and wrap them in pancetta instead, and add wholegrain mustard and maybe a dash of cream to the batter. Makes a great dish even better!
