ooohSam that sounds like a damned good recipe for Toad in the Hole. I'll try that one day. Probably not today though as I promised my dad I'd cook Toad in the Hole, baked beans and mash for him as he's on night shifts and it'll cheer him up before he goes.
And also cos I'm creeping a bit as he's helping me choose a new car. :)
