I wouldn't die for my country necessarily
Although I do consider myself a patriot.

I would probably lay my life on the line for friends and family and such though. Although I would be exempted from military service for medical reasons I think.

I flirted with the idea of joining the army when I left school, as they were promising to pay for my degree and give me a wage, providing I signed up for a few years afterwards. Nearly went for it, and then realised how stupid I was being, I have a rather large problem with authority in general!
