@No3lI am very willing to let him sing but not in the late evening when I'm trying to relax. I don't mind him singing in the daytime at the weekend or early evening during the week. He came back with the fact that he sometimes works late because of his job and he thinks he's not being unreasonable.
If he sings again tonight then I will speak to him again and if nothing is resolved then I'm going to have to get nasty.
