And the only thing worse than thatis a fuckwit (with cake or not) that thinks they know how to solve their own problems!
The last three 'problems' I've had to fix (this is how mind numbingly boring my job is):
* How do you make the writing red in Excel?
* Can you copy a table from this PDF and print it?
* Why can't I dial in and access my remote computer?
Er, because you shut it down remotely, even though you've been told 4 times in the last week you shouldn't do it, and you won't be able to log onto a computer that's turned off! Not nuclear physics really...
