fleshIt is an association of parents - therefore surely the association belongs to the parents not the other way round?
If it was a single parent running it (unlikely cos I don't think you can have an association of one person) it would be parent's association. Multiple parents gives you parents' association.
That's my understanding of it anyway... I agree with KGB!
