Avp2009 is spyware and NOT to be trusted.
Install Spybot search and destroy from www.spybot.com
Run through the install and let it update and so on. Then run a full scan and remove what it tells you to.
Hopefully this will get you clean enough, failing that I'd next install ad-aware from www.lavasoft.com and update and scan with that.
Between the two of those you'll sucessfully remove 99% of the crap around and as a quick google of avp2009 makes it seem common these should hopefully clear it fine.
