but remain a size 10 simply through the filthy art of poledancing! I took up a pole dancing exercise class and it's got my weight down to a nice 8 and a half stone and removed all traces of muffin toppery, w00t! Plus it's really fun to do so you don't feel like you're exercising.
However, it does lead to the belief that when drunk you'll be able to spin like a professional round lamp posts, which results in bruising of bottoms and egos.
