I do about 35 mins of cardio vascular, 35 mins free wheights and 15 minutes core maybe 2 or 3 times a week, and have gone from a quite pudgy 12 1/2 stone down to a very slight stomach podge and much leaner top half of body 11 3/4 in about 6 months, haven't changed diet hugely but cut out the kebabs, eat more pasta, try and eat small and often (that is fucking difficult) go wholemeal instead of white, add some colour fruits to diet (kiwis, plums, berries plus nuts for energy)
