My method...
Is much easier than I expected.

Stop snacking.

Eat a good breakfast, a decent lunch (finish it with something like a yoghurt for extra weight loss) then eat a good tea.

Just don't eat anything in between, I stopped snacking for a month, and lost a stone.

However, that just shows I snack too much!
