It dependson whether you announced to the whole office that you were going out for a poo or not.
If you did make that announcement and then walked the opposite direction to the toilet and straight out the door then I reckon you could go about 1 minute and 37 seconds before someone asks where you've gone.
If you just sneak off to the toilets and escape out of the window I reckon you could go over 20 minutes.
