If you don't have any luck finding a publisher(and personally I think you should always try to get someone else to pay first, hence a publisher) then definitely go through lulu.com that way you can order just the number of books you want - no huge print runs. You can pay a little extra and get an isbn number which then enables you to sell it on Amazon.
