I'm not sure it'd help particularlyI just started thinking about that (and something else which I'm so ashamed about, and cringe so much at the thought of, that I'm not sure I could share) and thought it might fit in with this weeks qotw. I'll have to think if I can write about it in a way such that me saying "The memory of this stuff makes me cringe" isn't the only link to the qotw.
