I've never worked in a cubicleBut I really struggle to work in this office without trying to drown out all the noise and ignore everybody completely so I know I hate open plan.
Why it's not obvious to more companies that small offices are best is beyond me. Either I'm being naive or there are a lot of stupid people about.
