Me and 8 othersHave just been given inital redundancy letters, we'll find out in about 3 weeks which of us will be going.
Supposedly he was meant to do this yesterday, but heard I was off, so delayed it. The letter he handed round mentioned everyone's department but mine.
I think I'm fucked.

Seriously...although made a twunt of myself on here before on emplyment law matters - if you're left out of the specific notifications you may be able to show that they've not done the due process....
