How about this problem?Two trains are heading towards a central point. One is 40 miles away and travelling at 26mph, the other is 35 miles away, travelling at 19mph and has a non operational buffet car.
Find the sum of the square of the other two sides and divide it by the time taken for six men to dig a third of a hole, including their tea break. Remember to show all your workings.
