@ginIndeed I do. Every Thursday we have a staff seminar thingy.
The rule is that someone gives a paper. Then we work round the table asking questions and making comments. After the first lap, we crack open the booze and snacks and start a second lap. And we keep going, getting progressively more disorderly.
It's ace.
