It's raining...and the roof is not leaking - so it's fixed. Just the paint job is not done, and it's growing on me (no pun intended). My new - and I say NEW - oven is sitting in the doorway, to be put in today. I'd say my landlord is not so bad, just a bit off center. Everything is coming together nicely, I think.
