Without wanting to piss on your chips too muchMost of the content is produced by external companies these days (talking mainly in the case of the BBC here)
You need to research some stuff you've liked and is maybe similar to yours, find out who produced it, then get in touch with them. It may be the BBC, I think a lot of the drama on Radio 4 is still in house, but more and more of it isn't.
