easilywww.demonoid.com (limited registration, requires an invite) or www.piratebay.org for torrents. (Registration is not particularly necessary for this one)
use utorrent, www.utorrent.com to download. Small (250kb), and fast and incredibly efficient (on first run, select highest speed settings in the window that opens, and click OK)
search, click on the link, and open the file. the rest is easy
