YeahThey require you to keep close to a 1:1 ratio for uploading/downloading. I wouldn't worry though as the feds only seem to be after the people that run the sites or folk that upload pre-release copies of albums etc.
I've downloaded/uploaded 200gb ish on bitsoup and have had no probs.
