I really enjoyed this and it was universally slated - it's discontinued on Amazon - does anyone know where you can buy universally slated discontinued DVD's ?

it's a Northside of Dublin expression.
On the Northside of Dublin, we dont say "see you later", we say "see you after" which with a Northsider accent becomes, "see you rafter" so "rafter".
