I'm a country boy! (and I bet I live in more of a rural place than you...)But horses give me teh fear. They have an evil glint in their eye like they could turn at any moment, and they're about 10 times the size of me.
I've seen the aftermath of people being kicked in the head by them, and it certainly isn't pretty.
Donkeys, I'm fine with. But horses just seem evil...
