Rename the tracks or the ID3 tags (depending on what it's sorting by)to add the track number in front, e.g. 01-Track 1.mp3
Quick and dirty fix, and this is the reason why my mp3 encoder is set up to add numbers on the front of the ripped tracks, I've run into problems with players/software before.
