Chivas is repulsive12 year old (or older) Bowmore is the victor, I'd say - although the sole distillery on the Isle of Jura turns out a rather drinkable malt.
I recommend mixing your Chivas with dry ginger ale and a twist of lime.
Or make a grenade out of it.
*EDIT* My post makes me look like a pompous ass. I fear this may be an accurate impression.
