I've been toldthat she's 'already been called to the bar' but can't get a pupillage. I thought you couldn't get called until you'd finished your pupillage...but as I said I know nothing about all this.
I suspect she's been told to go away and get some life experience - the same was said to her brother when he applied to Cambridge.
This is the intellectual branch of the family - we have nothing to do with them as they're all stuck up.
